John Forsyth is a freelance journalist and editorial consultant. He worked for BBC Radio and TV in London and ran his own independent production company in Scotland for 10 years, supplying programmes to BBC Radio 2, 3, 4, 5 Live, Radio Scotland and the World Service. John is a former political editor of Scotland on Sunday, head of press office for Oxfam, editor of The Scotsman law and legal affairs section, and for 17 years, public affairs manager of Shared Parenting Scotland. He has an eye for the human stories that capture moments in history and illustrate the welter of social change.
